Kevin Tam

Kevin Tam is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in commercial law and contract management. Currently serving as Vice President and Global Head of Commercial Legal at GlobalLogic since May 2011, Kevin leads a team responsible for all company revenue, successfully managing practices to support a remarkable 12X revenue growth. Prior to GlobalLogic, Kevin practiced commercial litigation at Landman Corsi Ballaine & Ford P.C. and gained substantial corporate experience at Latham & Watkins, where work included private offerings and mergers and acquisitions. Kevin holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science from Polytechnic Institute of New York University.
