Shuchita Shukla is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition and people development, currently serving as the Vice President - Head of Talent Acquisition at GlobalLogic. With experience as AVP of the Talent Acquisition Group and Director of People Development at GlobalLogic, as well as Managing Partner at Disruptive_Hiring, Shuchita has established a strong foothold in the industry. Previous experience also includes the role of Global Accounts Director at Arrows Group Global. Shuchita holds an MBA in Human Resources from Vellore Institute of Technology and is currently pursuing a Global Advanced Program for Leadership Development in Organizational Leadership at INSEAD.
