Tracey Lillis

Tracey Lillis is an experienced professional currently serving as an Executive Culture and Engagement Specialist at GlobalLogic, where responsibilities include leading a team to enhance employee engagement for over 400 remote employees and developing innovative programs that boost job satisfaction. Tracey also works as a Content Engineer for a Fortune Tech 10 company through GlobalLogic, focusing on artificial intelligence projects.
