Samuel P. has a long and varied work experience. Samuel began their career in 1995 as a US Air Force Colonel and Chief of Congressional Engagements. In 1997, they took on the roles of Chief of Joint Training/Planning, Chief of Scheduling and Evaluator Navigator for the 86 Operations Support Squadron and 37 Airlift Squadron. In 2001, they became the Assistant Director of Operations and Flight Commander for the 562nd Flying Training Squadron. In 2003, they assumed the role of Executive Officer and Evaluator Navigator for the 12th Operations Group. In 2005, they were the Assistant Director of Operations and Chief of Combat Planning/Tactics for the 41st Airlift Squadron. In 2007, they were the Executive Officer to the Commander for NATO Air Component Command Ramstein. In 2009, they were the Military Aide to the President for The White House. In 2014, they were the Director of Operations and Administration and Executive Officer and Faculty for the National Security and Industrial Base Department at the National Defense University. From 2017 to 2021, they were the Chief Operating Officer for the United States Government. Samuel is currently the Government Affairs and Business Development for GlobalMed Telemedicine.
Samuel P. began their educational journey in 1991 when they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Atmospheric Sciences and Meteorology with a Minor in Geography from Penn State University. Samuel then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance, General from St. Mary's University, which they completed in 2007. Afterwards, they attended the US Army Command and General Staff College, graduating in 2007 with a Graduate degree in National Security Policy Studies. Finally, they earned a Master's Degree in Military National Resource Strategy and Policy from The Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy in 2014.
