Heather Marie Hoinski is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in billing and customer service quality management. Currently serving as the Director of Billing at GlobalMeet since April 2023, Heather oversees a global billing team and collaborates with various departments to enhance billing processes and reporting. Prior to this role, Heather spent 16 years at PGi, where positions ranged from Project Manager for Customer Service Quality to Director of Global Analytics and Data Integrity, leading global teams in quality analysis, incident management, and customer experience improvement initiatives. Heather holds a Master of Arts in Social and Public Policy Analysis and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Psychology, both from Duquesne University.
