Quiena Marshall

Quiena Marshall has a diverse work experience. Quiena started their career as an Accounting Specialist at Aflac in 2011, where they communicated with insured individuals and performed payroll account and policy maintenance. Quiena then became an Account Manager at Aflac, managing Georgia, Utah, and Wisconsin accounts and providing administrative support to prominent clients. In 2015, they transitioned to the role of Lead Payroll Account Specialist at Aflac, conducting training courses and maintaining reporting procedures. In 2017, they worked as a User Acceptance Tester at Aflac. In 2018, they joined Conduent as a Senior Supervisor, where they supervised and coached a team of data entry specialists and managed business processes. Most recently, they have been working at Globalpundits, Inc. since 2023 as an Account Manager, responsible for sales, recruiting, business development, and staffing services. Additionally, in 2021, they worked as a Retail Store Manager at GP Mobile, where they supervised and trained employees, maintained inventory levels, and implemented cross training programs for increased productivity.

Quiena Marshall received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Benedict College. Quiena attended the college from 2006 to 2010. Recently, they pursued their education further and obtained a Master's degree from Grand Canyon University from 2020 to 2022.
