Peter Hirshberg is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in urban innovation and investment. As the CEO and Co-Founder of Lighthouse.one, Peter is focused on transforming American cities by connecting investors with projects in Opportunity Zones. Simultaneously, as a Venture Partner at Catalyst Opportunity Zone Impact Fund, Peter utilizes data analytics and machine learning to identify impactful projects. Peter also serves as Chairman and Co-Founder of the Maker City Project, Board Member at GlobalSF, and Chairman of the Grey Area Foundation for the Arts, where initiatives in urban innovation and multimedia arts are championed. Additionally, Peter holds roles as Strategic Advisor at TransLoc, Board Member at Build Public, and CEO & Partner at The Re:imagine Group, guiding brands in digital strategy. With an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA from Dartmouth College, Peter's diverse skill set spans finance, marketing, and community development.
