John G. Bruno

John Bruno was named President & Chief Operating Officer of Xerox Holdings Corporation effective November 14, 2022. In his role, John partners closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape the company's global strategy and is accountable for operating model advancements to improve company performance. He also oversees global offerings, service delivery, marketing, manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, information technology, and Xerox's IT services business unit.

Prior to joining Xerox, John served as Chief Operating Officer of Aon, a global professional services firm, and Chief Executive Officer of Data & Analytic Services. As CEO of Data & Analytic Services, John was accountable for $2 billion of technology-enabled businesses, including the firm’s affinity, small commercial, and human capital management solution lines. As COO, he led 22,000 professionals accountable for enterprise innovation, information technology, security, procurement, and all business line and corporate shared services operations globally.

Before joining Aon, John was President, Industry & Field Operations and EVP of Corporate Development for NCR Corporation. He was responsible for NCR’s global sales force and all business lines, including Financial Services, Retail & Hospitality, Travel, Telecom & Technology, interactive media solutions, and NCR Small Business. John has also held senior leadership positions with United Parcel Service, Cisco Systems, Merrill Lynch, and Goldman Sachs.

John serves on the Board of Directors of Valor Latitude (NASDAQ: VLAT) and Global Payments (NYSE: GPN) where he is chair of the Compensation Committee as well as a member of the Technology Committee.
