Cissp-Issep Doug Beattie

Doug Beattie, CISSP-ISSEP, has over 30 years of work experience in various roles related to product management, professional services, and technical staff. Doug is currently the VP of Product Management at GlobalSign since November 2013. Prior to that, from December 2008 to November 2013, they worked as a Senior Member of Technical Staff at General Dynamics C4 Systems.

Before joining General Dynamics, Doug served as Director of Product Management at Auspice Corporation from September 2007 to August 2008. Doug also worked as a Senior Product Manager at VeriSign Inc. from September 2006 to September 2007. From November 2000 to September 2006, they held the position of Director of Product Management at GeoTrust Inc.

Prior to that, Doug worked as a Manager of Professional Services at Securant Technologies Inc. from January 2000 to November 2000. Doug also served as President/Consultant at Electronic Commerce Consultants Inc. from June 1997 to January 2000. Before joining CEC, they worked as a Product Manager at GTE CyberTrust Solutions Inc. from June 1995 to June 1997.

Doug Beattie, CISSP-ISSEP, obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Physics from Gettysburg College between 1978 and 1982. Following this, they pursued their Master's degree in Applied Mathematics at Carnegie Mellon University from 1982 to 1984.
