Johan du Toit

Johan Du Toit has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Johan began their career as an Audit Senior at KPMG from 1992 to 1995. Following that, they worked as the Financial Manager at Ismail Wholesalers (PPRust) (Pty) Ltd from 1996 to 1998. Johan then served as the Group Financial Manager at Spicer Holdings Limited from 1998 to 2000. Johan subsequently joined SecureData Europe as the Finance Director from 2000 to 2012, where they completed multiple acquisitions and managed the company's disposal. Johan then became the Chief Financial Officer at SecureData Group from 2008 to 2012, overseeing a revenue of £40 million and over 200 employees. Later, Johan joined Information Security Architects as the Financial Director from 2013 to 2016, increasing revenue by 82% and enhancing earnings per share by 135% over a 3 year period. Johan is currently working at GlobalSign as the EMEA Finance Manager, a position they have been holding since December 2016.

Johan Du Toit's education history begins in 1987, where they attended Nylstroom Highschool and completed their Matric degree, with a focus on Maths and Accounting. Johan then went on to attend the University of South Africa from 1992 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree, specializing in Accounting and Finance. In 1995, Johan attended the University of South Africa again for a year and received an Hons B Compt degree, focusing on Accounting, Auditing, and Taxation. In 1996, they furthered their education by attending the Institute of Chartered Accountants South Africa for a year, earning the Chartered Accountant (SA) certification, specializing in Accounting, Auditing, and Taxation.
