Mike Pipicello

Vice President Client Services at GlobalStep

Mike Pipicello has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Mike is currently the Vice President of Client Services at GlobalStep, a role they have held since December 2021. Prior to this, they were the Global Director of User Experience at GlobalStep from August 2020 to December 2021.

Before joining GlobalStep, Mike worked at Teleperformance for a significant period of time. Mike held various roles including AVP of Transformation & Development from March 2020 to August 2020, Director of Operations from April 2011 to March 2020, and Site Director from April 2011 to March 2020.

Prior to Teleperformance, Mike worked at Aragon Marketing Group as the Director of Membership Services from May 2007 to February 2011. Mike also gained experience at Memberworks as an Escalations Supervisor from 2002 to 2007, both at Memberworks and Memberworks Canada.

To start their career, Mike worked at Second Cup as an Assistant Manager from 1997 to 2002.

Mike Pipicello completed their education history with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Dawson College, where they studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from 1997 to 2000. Prior to that, from 1994 to 1997, they attended Laurier Macdonald, although there is no information about any degree or field of study during that time. Mike later pursued further education at Lasalle College from 2000 to 2002, earning a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.

In addition to their academic achievements, Mike Pipicello also obtained certifications from COPC Inc. Mike received a COPC Certification in February 2014 and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from the same institution in March 2019.
