Shane O'Donovan

Shane O'Donovan is the Founder and Managing Director of SpaceTech International and GlobalTech Recruitment, specializing in recruitment solutions for the Global Space and Technology sectors since 2018. Previously, Shane held various leadership roles, including Sales Manager at Capital International Staffing and Head of Sales at both ITHR Telco and ITHR Energy, contributing significantly to the telecommunications and energy recruitment markets. Shane has a strong background in establishing and managing recruitment practices, especially within the telecommunications industry, with experience at Glotel International and SEC Recruitment. Shane holds a BSc in Business Economics from Coventry University, earned in 2000.
