Mark Peterson has extensive experience in customer success and logistics management, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success at GlobalTranz since its acquisition of Logistics Planning Services (LPS) in May 2017. Prior to this role, Mark held several positions at LPS, contributing to its commitment to exceptional customer service. Additionally, Mark spent over a decade at Golfsmith International, where responsibilities included managing store operations and overseeing employee training and development. Early career experience includes a role as General Manager at Bixby's Bagel Co, managing all aspects of the restaurant’s operations. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Human Resources from St. Cloud State University.
