Christine Werner has over 20 years of experience in customer success and support roles. Christine currently serves as the Chief Customer Officer at GlobalVision, a position they have held since September 2023. Before that, they were the VP of Customer Success and Support at Passion.io from May 2022 to September 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Typeform.com as the Senior Director of Customer Success from September 2019 to August 2021 and as the Director of Customer Success from March 2018 to September 2019. Christine also has experience in consulting and education, having worked as the Principal at CX Impact from 2011 to 2018. Christine has held leadership positions at Intuit as the Head of Customer Success and Support, Canada from February 2014 to July 2017, and at PwC as the Director of Customer Experience Advisory, APAC from November 2011 to December 2013. Additionally, they worked as the Director of Customer Success and Support Operations at Mediamix Interactive Inc. from August 2007 to November 2011, and in various global customer success and operations roles at NuComm International from 1998 to 2006. Overall, Christine has a strong background in customer success strategy, post-sales teams, and building proactive customer support organizations.
Christine Werner obtained a Green Belt Six Sigma certification from Aveta Business Institute in 2010. Christine also holds a HBA degree in Psychology and Statistics from Brock University, which they earned from 1990 to 1996. Additionally, they have a certification in "Developing a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Program" from LinkedIn, obtained in 2022.
