Kabya Saikia serves as a Senior Customer Success Executive at GWI since January 2022, previously holding the role of Customer Success Executive. Prior to GWI, Kabya worked as a Customer Success Executive at Alliance Sales Support Services Limited and TXF from April 2021 to January 2022. Responsibilities included onboarding clients, account management, and analyzing usage data for customer value optimization. In addition to customer success experience, Kabya has a background in feminist studies with published research on Fifth Wave Feminism. Early career experiences include part-time merchandising assistance for Dorothee Schumacher, founding and editing From The Streets Magazine, and roles in PR and communications. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree and Bachelor's degree in Fashion Journalism from the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London.
