Lida Zacharopoulou

Lida Zacharopoulou is a Data Analytics Engineer at GWI since September 2020, with previous experience as a Graduate Researcher at the Institute for Bioengineering of Catalonia, where a master thesis focused on Activities of Daily Living recognition for stroke rehabilitation using machine learning was completed. Prior to this, Lida worked as a Software Engineer at CERN, concentrating on software quality assurance for power converter control systems, and served as a Coding Educator at Code it Like a Girl, contributing to the development of educational materials and workshops. Lida began tutoring Mathematics and Physics in a self-employed capacity from 2009 to 2013. Education includes a current Master of Arts in Digital Arts from Athens School of Fine Arts, a Master of Science in Cognitive Systems and Interactive Media from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, and a Bachelor of Science in Informatics and Telecommunications from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon, among other educational achievements.
