Lydia Fisher

Lydia Fisher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and customer success within the digital consumer and travel industries. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager and previously as an Enterprise Account Manager at GWI since December 2018, Lydia leads accounts for Travel, Media, and CPG clients in the Americas. Prior roles at GWI include Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Executive, where Lydia focused on key Media & Social Platform clients. Previous experience includes a successful tenure at Relais & Châteaux as a Reservations Specialist, where Lydia drove sales and cultivated relationships with premium travel agencies while traveling to member properties. Earlier positions include Participant Support at AFS Intercultural Programs, Trip Leader at Teen Treks, Front Desk Manager at NY Moore Hostel, and Logistics Intern at AIESEC Portugal. Lydia holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs from Baruch College and studied Architecture and Urban Planning in Brazil.
