Oliver Tobias serves as the Director of Global Research at GlobalWebIndex since April 2017, overseeing syndicated data products, managing a multi-million pound budget, and leading a large team of researchers. Prior to this, Oliver held the position of Head of Research at AOL International, where responsibilities included leading a team to deliver consumer insights and research tools that supported revenue and brand equity. Previous experience includes roles at Microsoft as Senior Research Manager, focusing on insights for clients in various sectors, and at Sky, where Oliver contributed as Media Strategist and Promotional Strategist. Earlier experience at BBC involved generating insights for senior executives and managing research projects across Africa. Oliver holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Birmingham.
