Andres Russo is an IT Delivery Manager with nearly a decade of experience in leading large-scale digital transformation projects across various sectors, including mobile, web, and e-commerce. Previously, they served as a Lean Partner Coordinator at Avianca, where they implemented a new IT Operating Model that enhanced project management methodologies and generated significant savings. Most recently, Andres held positions as Delivery & Program Manager with Globant, focusing on a portfolio that included applications and middleware, and as Senior Project Manager for Disney Parks, where they spearheaded the adoption of Agile frameworks.
