Deb Ghosh

Deb Ghosh is a seasoned P&L leader with over 23 years of experience in executive roles, currently serving as Managing Director and Sr. Vice President at Globant. Prior to this, Deb worked as a Sr. Client Partner and Vice President at Globant from 2020 to 2023, and held various leadership positions at Cognizant, including Senior Client Service Executive and Program Manager. Deb began their career as a Software Engineer and has also contributed as a Client Partner at Infosys. Deb earned their degree from the International Institute of Information Technology in Bangalore.
