Elena Baldi

Elena Baldi is a Talent & Culture Business Partner currently focused on providing an excellent experience for employees at Globant. They have extensive experience in human resources, having served as a Recruiting Lead and previously as a Human Resources Manager. Elena began their career as an Assistente marketing at BCI Italia and later became a Business Manager at Objectway Spa, where they managed training services and client relationships. From 2014 to 2023, they worked as a Recruiting Specialist at Sysdata S.p.A., supporting the company's growth through various recruitment strategies. Elena holds a degree in Humanities from Università degli Studi di Pavia.
