Eric Semal

Eric Semal is an experienced executive with a strong background in strategic alliances, marketing, and sales within the manufacturing and construction sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Alliances at Globant since November 2021, Eric previously held leadership roles at Navint Partners and Statera, Inc., where responsibilities included managing alliances and overseeing sales and marketing initiatives. Eric's career began at Ingersoll Rand, where significant contributions as a Sales Engineering Leader laid the foundation for a successful trajectory in project management and functional resource roles. Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University.
