Fernando Hernández

Fernando Hernández is the Global Legal Corporate Senior Director at Globant, specializing in corporate finance, capital markets, and debt restructuring and insolvency. With over 18 years of experience, they have played a significant role in major debt and equity issuances and corporate debt restructurings in Argentina since 2002. Fernando previously served as a partner at Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal from 2002 to 2021, and held the position of Senior Associate at De Dios & Goyena from 2001 to 2002. They received a law degree from the Universidad de Buenos Aires and an LL.M. from Columbia University. Fernando is a member of several professional organizations, including the International Bar Association and INSOL International.
