José Plano

José Plano has extensive experience in technology leadership, having served as Technical Director at Globant from May 2012 to January 2020, where responsibilities included spearheading the integration of advanced technologies in gaming and leading eCommerce initiatives in the consumer experience studio. Prior roles include Tech Master at Nemo Group and CTO positions at Win Systems, overseeing R&D, implementing agile methodologies, and developing product roadmaps. José Plano holds a Master's degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional, obtained between January 2011 and January 2014, and a Master's in Information Systems Engineering from the same institution, completed in 2010.
