Leandro Palma

Leandro Palma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Salesforce solutions and Siebel consulting. Currently serving as a Solution Architect and Team Leader at Globant since July 2021, Leandro has played key roles in various projects, including Bunge and Allcare Benefícios, where responsibilities included coordinating teams, mapping risks, and ensuring best practices in Salesforce implementations. Previously, Leandro worked at Localiza as a Salesforce Admin, Tata Consultancy Services as a Project Leader, and SKY Brasil as a Senior Siebel Consultant, among other positions in reputed companies such as TIM Brasil, IBM, and VIVO. Leandro holds a degree in Technology in Information Management with a focus on Project Management from Universidade Nove de Julho.
