Leandro Parache

Leandro Parache possesses extensive experience in management and operations within the technology and telecommunications sectors. From October 2017 to September 2021, Leandro served as Vice President and then President of Clúster Tecnológico Tucumán. Since August 2021, Leandro has held the position of Regional Manager for NOA Argentina at Globant, also overseeing site management in Córdoba. Leandro’s background includes a notable tenure at Telecom Argentina from January 1994 to May 2005, managing human resources for a workforce of 1,362 individuals and overseeing various administrative functions. Additional roles include being a Business Unit Director at Teleperformance South Cone and various managerial positions at Globant prior to the current role. Leandro is also a professor at Universidad del Norte 'Santo Tomás de Aquino' and has a solid educational background in information technology and coaching.
