Lorena Delfante

Lorena Delfante is a seasoned professional with over 13 years of experience in recruitment and staffing. Currently serving as the Director of Recruiting at Globant since July 2011, Lorena oversees hiring efforts across multiple offices, leading teams to meet company goals. Prior roles at Globant include Recruiting Manager and Recruiting Team Lead, where responsibilities encompassed team supervision, goal definition, and recruitment processes for IT and staff positions. Previously, Lorena worked as a Recruiter at GHIDINI RODIL, assisting in individual and group selection processes, and as a Psychologist at Centro Prosam, focusing on cognitive-behavioral patient care.
