Malena Temerlin

Malena Temerlin is a Strategic Designer and Technical Director currently leading CX for the MENA region at Globant, where they focus on integrating AI, user experience, and human-centered design to navigate complex digital transformations. Malena's previous roles include National Director of Public Innovation for Argentina, where they implemented people-centered public policies, and Innovation Director at Socialab, overseeing initiatives that generated social impact through entrepreneurship. They hold a Licentiate degree in Industrial and Product Design from the University of Buenos Aires, along with a specialization in Non-Profit Organizations. Malena has also shared their expertise as a professor in various educational programs, focusing on public innovation and service design.
