Martín Mutilva

Martín Mutilva is the VP of Technology at Globant, where they lead and mentor their team to produce high-quality software while supporting individual career goals. With a background in Computer Engineering, Martín has extensive experience as a full stack developer and has held various positions such as Technical Director and Technical Manager at Globant. Prior to this, they worked at Wells Fargo as a Front End Development Leader and co-founded Binario Information Technologies, providing software solutions primarily for financial institutions. Martín has also contributed to academia as a professor at Universidad ORT Uruguay and was involved with the GeneXus support teams in Uruguay and Japan.
