Rod Forster is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data and AI governance across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Data & AI Governance at Globant since November 2024, Forster previously held significant roles at Sky, including Lead Enterprise Information Architect and Principal Product Owner. Prior to that, Forster worked as a Principal Analyst and Lead Business Analyst/Solution Architect at Sky IQ. Forster's career also includes consultancy positions, project management at Oracle and Atos KPMG Consulting, and early roles at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals. With a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from The University of Salford, Forster possesses a strong background in data strategy, architecture, and business analysis.
