Roxana C. is a data engineer and financial analytics specialist with a passion for transforming audit and finance data into actionable business insights. Roxana gained foundational skills in data management and analysis while working at various companies, including EY and Dell Technologies, where they played critical roles as a Business Intelligence Developer. Roxana also held positions such as Data Analytics Team Leader, managing teams and ensuring the accuracy of large datasets. Currently, Roxana is employed at Globant as a Business Intelligence Developer while also working as a freelance yoga teacher. Roxana holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Organizations from Universitatea „Babeș-Bolyai” din Cluj-Napoca.
