Simona Sandru is the Founder and CEO of Global Women TechLeaders and serves as the IT Projects Director at Globant. They have been leading Global Women TechLeaders since 2017 and currently oversee IT projects at Globant since 2024. Simona earned a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Bucharest and a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Applied Languages from Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu, along with an MBA from the University of Wales. Additionally, they hold an MSc in Online Marketing from Academia de Studii Economice din București and are pursuing a Master of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence at the European Global Institute of Innovation & Technology.
