Steven Polster

Steven Polster serves as the Global Managing Director of the Media AI Studio at Globant, leading initiatives that utilize AI strategies for media experience optimization. Previously, at Slalom, Steven spearheaded the establishment and management of the company's first cohesive global Media & Entertainment Industry model. At Cognizant, Steven held the position of AVP for the Media & Entertainment Industry, overseeing revenue growth for a significant portfolio on the West Coast. As CEO of RightsTrade LLC, Steven developed and launched a leading marketplace for film and TV content licensing. Earlier in Steven's career, a role at Miramax involved revitalizing international distribution and licensing, achieving a substantial revenue increase. Steven holds a BBA in Management & International Business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and completed Strategic Leadership Training at Harvard Business School.
