Vanina Martinez

Vanina Martinez is a seasoned recruiting professional with over a decade of experience in the field. Currently serving as a Recruiting Sr Analyst at Globant since January 2011, Vanina coordinates the recruiting process for the Human Resources and BPO services center, engages with internal clients to identify needs, and provides feedback along with status reports. Prior to this role, Vanina worked at Accenture from February 2008 to November 2010 as an IT Recruiter, where responsibilities included managing a team of recruiting professionals through the entire selection process while maintaining communication with internal clients.
