Carrie Kelley

Carrie Kelley currently serves as VP and Managing Actuary at Globe Life, where responsibilities include leading life experience studies, underwriting technology, and mortality risk assessment since June 2023. Previously, Carrie held the position of Director at Willis Towers Watson from August 2012 to June 2023, focusing on individual life insurance, COLI/BOLI products, and principles-based reserving. Prior roles include Consultant at Aon Consulting from January 2009 to July 2012, specializing in non-qualified executive benefit plans and COLI financing, as well as Sr. Analyst at Hartford Life from March 2006 to December 2008, where assistance was provided in designing and pricing COLI/BOLI private placement VUL products. Carrie holds a BA in Mathematics and Computer Science from Notre Dame of Maryland University.
