Colette Beneski

Colette Beneski is a seasoned compliance strategy and sustainability professional with extensive experience in the ESG sector. Currently serving as Senior Director of Compliance Strategy & Sustainability at Globe Life since January 2022, Colette was recruited to establish the company's inaugural ESG and sustainability programs, achieving two promotions in the process. Prior roles include Director and ESG Manager at Resolution Life, where Colette co-led the development of ESG best practices following the divestiture of Voya's life insurance division. Colette's foundational experience at Voya Financial involved corporate risk management and corporate social responsibility, alongside a tenure at ING focused on negotiating reinsurance contracts. Colette holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Colorado State University and a Certificate in Corporate Social Responsibility from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business.
