Frank M. Svoboda

Frank M. Svoboda is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Globe Life. Frank has over 25 years of experience in taxation and financial reporting, specializing in tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, and financial reporting issues.

Previously, Mr. Svoboda was a partner at KPMG US in charge of the Insurance Tax Practice in the Southwest Area. Frank oversaw all services provided to the Firm's life, health and property/casualty clients in the area, and was located in the Dallas Office. Frank has also been a partner at Torchmark Corporation, where they were in charge of the Insurance Tax Practice in the Southwest Area.

Mr. Svoboda has a wealth of experience in various aspects of taxation and financial reporting of taxes affecting individuals, small business, and large corporations. Frank is a highly respected figure in the field, and their experience will be invaluable to Globe Life as they continue to grow and expand their operations.

Frank M. Svoboda completed their undergraduate education at Nebraska Wesleyan University, where they studied accounting and finance. Frank then went on to earn their MBA from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
