Jorge del-Rio

Jorge Del-Rio is a dedicated professional with expertise in team leadership and software development. Currently serving as Co-Executive Producer and Regional Producer at Globe Life since April 2023, Jorge successfully recruited 50 agents within the first month and emphasizes leadership development and a culture of growth. Previously, Jorge worked as a Software Developer at Funeral Directors Life (FDLIC) and held an internship there, focusing on programming languages, creating scalable solutions, and maintaining software applications. Additionally, Jorge gained experience as an intern at Datroo Technologies. Jorge holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Business from Hardin-Simmons University and graduated with a high school diploma from Groesbeck High School.
