Ken Nguyen

Ken Nguyen serves as the Senior Director of Enterprise Data & Analytics at Globe Life since September 2022, focusing on enhancing data processes and technology solutions to drive business value. As a Managing Partner at a Private Equity Fund since January 2018, Ken has initiated three incubator projects aimed at addressing challenges in the Healthcare Durable Medical Devices sector through advanced technologies. Previous roles include Director of IT Data Analytics at Magellan Health, where Ken developed a BI visualization platform, and Head of Decision Analytics at Vistra Energy, fostering a culture of self-service analytics. Ken’s experience spans various organizations, including Office Depot and JCPenney, where deep expertise in business intelligence, eCommerce analytics, and supply chain management has been established. Ken holds a degree from Purdue University’s Daniels School of Business, obtained from 2004 to 2008.
