Michelle Peery

Michelle Peery has extensive experience in human resources and operations, currently serving as the Director of HR Operations & Payroll at Globe Life since December 2013. Previously, Michelle held the position of Director of Administration at SmartLines, managing both accounting and HR functions. As a Consultant and Owner at HRMP Consulting from February 2008 to December 2012, Michelle provided strategic HR guidance to businesses, developing assessments, training programs, and compliance processes. Prior to that, as Corporate Director of Human Resources at The Benham Group-SAIC, Michelle supervised various HR functions, handled grievance investigations, and managed employee benefits and compliance issues. Michelle holds a Master's degree in Business Management and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership/Human Resources from Southern Nazarene University, along with a certification as a Human Resource Business Partner from the Academy to Innovate HR.
