Michelle Uehlinger

Michelle Uehlinger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business technology services and custom software solutions. Currently serving as Director of Business Technology Services and IT PMO Team Lead at Globe Life since October 2019, Michelle manages the Policy Administration System program lifecycle, focusing on the migration to a web-based Oracle solution. Prior experience includes over 13 years at Toluna, where Michelle held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President of Digital & Enterprise Services, successfully leading teams in delivering custom software and SaaS solutions for over 100 clients, generating over $15 million in annual revenue. Michelle also has a background in customer experience measurement and business analysis from roles at Schering-Plough, The NPD Group, and CROSSMARK Sales & Marketing. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Texas A&M University.
