Griffin Golamco has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Griffin began their career as a Senior Analyst at Morgan Stanley, where they advised technology companies on various corporate financing activities and executed mergers and acquisitions worth over $25 billion. Griffin then joined RealNames, where they served as Vice President of Asian Sales and later as Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategic Finance. In these roles, they were responsible for finance operations, negotiations with debt and stockholders, and strategic partnerships with companies such as Microsoft and VeriSign.

Griffin then moved on to Google, where they held several senior-level positions. As the Founder and Senior Director of the Google Operations Center (GOC), they developed and implemented the business plan for creating an in-house shared services and operations capability. Griffin also led a cross-functional organization responsible for vendor strategy and operations, contract negotiation, and global business solutions and services.
