Raul MacAtangay

Raul Macatangay has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Raul is currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at Globe Group, a role they assumed in May 2022. Prior to this, they held positions within the same company, including Vice President for Financial Control and Vice President for Credit, Billing & Risk Management. In 2017, Raul served as Vice President for Enterprise Risk Management Services at Globe Group. Before joining Globe Group, they held the role of Vice President for Customer Analytics and Marketing Controllership at Ramcar Food Group from September 2015 to December 2016. From 2014 to 2015, Raul worked at Samsung as the Head of Product Marketing for the TV and Audio/Video Business. Raul's longest tenure was at Globe Telecom, where they held various leadership positions, such as Vice President for Globe Postpaid and Devices and Vice President for Business Intelligence. Raul also served as the Director of Revenue Assurance at Globe Telecom from 2001 to 2005. Before joining Globe Telecom, Raul worked at SGV & Co. as the Director of Technology Risk Consulting, focusing on consultancy services and conducting reviews of information technology systems and processes for various industries.

Raul Macatangay obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting from the University of Santo Tomas, starting in 1989 and finishing in 1993. Raul also holds additional certifications, including Certified Information Systems Auditor from ISACA, Certified Public Accountant from PICPA, and SAP Consultant - Sales and Distribution from SAP.
