Craig Monnell

Craig Monnell is an experienced telecommunications and sales professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Vice President of Enterprise Enablement for the Americas at Globe Teleservices Pte. Ltd. since July 2025, Craig previously held roles including Account Executive for Strategic Accounts at Twilio from April 2022 to May 2025, and Senior Account Executive positions at KDDI America and Infobip. Craig also served as Senior Sales Manager at Epsilon Telecommunications and held various leadership roles at KDDI Global, focusing on business development and strategic accounts. Earlier experience includes serving as Account Director at Level 3 / Progress Telecom and Data Networking Account Executive at AT&T. Craig holds a B.A. in Accounting from Flagler College, earned between 1987 and 1989.
