Dom Foulkes

Dom Foulkes is an experienced professional in the media engineering sector, currently serving as the European Manager of Cloud Media Engineering at Globecast since May 2025. Prior to this role, Foulkes was the Online Engineering Manager at Channel 4 from November 2020 to May 2025, where responsibilities included leading project delivery and support for streaming and online services. Foulkes also held the position of Broadcast Systems Engineering Manager at DAZN from April 2016 to November 2020, overseeing infrastructure projects including OTT platforms and global IP video networks. Earlier career roles included Technical Manager and Technical Consultant at Techex and Project Technical Lead at Comux UK. Foulkes began the professional journey as a Theatre Technician at Aylesbury Vale District Council and holds a BSc (Hons) in Broadcasting Technology & Network Engineering from the University of Staffordshire.
