César López Ruiz

César López Ruiz currently serves as the People & Culture Director for Spain and Andorra at Globeducate since October 2024. Previously, César held the position of HR Director at Volkswagen Group Retail España from November 2018 to October 2024, and served as HR Director & Freelance at HR CONSULTING STRATEGY in early 2018. Prior HR leadership roles include HR Director at Burger King Spain, overseeing a team of 22 for 6,000 employees, and Talent Director at Groupe PSA, focusing on training and employer branding in Spain and Portugal. Earlier experience includes Human Resources Director at PSA Retail España managing HR for 38 dealerships, and Executive Manager of Human Resources at Telepizza S.A., responsible for integrated management across five factories. César holds a Management Development Program degree from HEC Paris and a Psychology degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
