Andreas Sprecher

Andreas Sprecher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment management, project development, and project finance across Africa and Brazil. Currently serving as Senior Project Director at Globeleq, Andreas oversees the Temane TTP Project in Mozambique. As a Partner at SVPM | Mineração Serra Verde since 2008, Andreas has played a critical role in developing a major rare earth deposit. Previous positions include Co-Founder and CEO of Mining Ventures Brasil, Partner at GOLDSTRØM, Managing Partner at Arsago Capital Partners AG, and Co-Founder and Managing Partner at EuroVentures Brazil. Early career experience includes leadership roles at ABB Energy Ventures, where Andreas managed significant power generation projects in Brazil and Switzerland. Academically, Andreas holds an M.B.A. from ESCP Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Power Systems & Electrical Engineering from the University of Zurich.
