Tusher Helal

Tusher Helal has extensive experience in Human Resources and Administration, beginning as a Sr. HR & CA Officer at Nestle Bangladesh Ltd. from December 2001 to February 2006. Currently, Tusher Helal serves as the Head of HR, Admin & PA at Pendekar Energy, a prominent multinational independent power producer in Bangladesh, since March 2006. In this role, Tusher Helal is a key member of the senior management team, overseeing human resources and administration for major projects, including Meghnaghat Power Limited and Haripur Power Limited, as well as the subsidiary NEPC Consortium Power Limited.
