Pawel Grabowski

Pawel Grabowski has extensive experience in the IT sector, primarily with Globema since 2005, where the role encompasses Deputy Director of the Technical Support Department and Technical Support Team Manager. Responsibilities include IT Service Management based on ITIL, software development Q&A, and service desk operations for both customers and internal users, alongside overseeing software implementation, conducting training and presentations, engaging in pre-sales activities, and managing a team of 6-8 personnel. Prior to Globema, Pawel held positions at Generali TU S.A. as Team Leader and IT Reporter. Educational qualifications include postgraduate studies in IT Management Systems from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and a degree from Warsaw University of Technology.
