Madonna Sameh Ibrahim is a seasoned professional in the field of accounts and collections, currently serving as a Senior RCM Officer at GlobeMed Egypt since September 2023, where responsibilities include managing outstanding collections from guarantors and notifying clients of overdue payments. Prior to this role, Madonna worked as a Credit and Collection Account Coordinator at Interact Technology Solutions, responsible for proactive customer follow-ups, problem resolution, and payment history analysis.
